Meat and Bone Meal Process

The wet-way meat and bone meal processing technique is one of the most advanced production processes in China. It applies a cooker for continuous cooking and a press to work. After pressing, the press water and cake are output for further processing.

Process: Large frozen raw materials is crushed with the pre-breaker and then fed into the raw material pit. Raw material is transferred to the metal detector. Metals items in the material are removed by the metal detector. Then material is further crushed by a fine crusher, which ensures that the crushed material is uniform in size. The crushing process stabilizes the cooking speed and achieves good cooking results. The cooked material is then fed into the presser to output press water and cake. The press cake is fed into a dryer for continuous drying, and then taken into sieving, grinding, cooling, and packing, according to practical requirements. The press water is sent to the oil refining system and evaporator system.
