Rendering Production Process

The frozen raw material is crushed by the pre-breaker and then enters a fine crusher to break down the material into small, even particles, which enhances the heating and oil extraction efficiency. After passing through a preheater tank and an oil Rendering Machine, the material is conveyed by a chain conveyor, which separates the crude oil and residue. These by-products then enter different processing devices.

The residue is sent to a buffer bin and then into an oil press for further oil extraction. The resulting oil cake is crushed into powder by a grinder. After cooling in a cooler，remains will be bagged by a ton bag machine.

The crude oil is sent to a crude oil buffer tank. It is pumped into a vibrating sieve for further filtration of residue if necessary. Or it is sent to a horizontal centrifuge for separation. The separated oil is then stored in an oil tank for temporary storage before being sent to a finished oil tank.

The exhaust gases from equipments are treated through a deodorization system, which first separates the oil vapors, followed by cooling and deodorization, before the gases are released into the atmosphere.
