●The power part of high temperature slaking tank and steam drier is by measuring the running current of the motor, testing the material quantity of the equipment inside.
●The shaft head of high temperature slaking tank is made by chrome-plated material, hard and wear-resisting, good sealing effect.
●The whole production processes take references from machine characteristics of Denmark Horsley; The waste gas is treated and taken references from Danish technology, and using vacuum cooling waste gas. The waste gas is cooled into waste water and discharged to the sewage treatment plant by using the stainless steel inner fin pipe. The remaining gas is sent to the spray tower for condensation treatment through vacuum pump. Compared with the integral water spray, it can save energy and reduce pollution.
●Negative pressure environment is used in the workshop. All parts of waste gas overflow are exhausted by stainless steel pipes and discharging shell, sent into the spray tower by induced draft fan for spray deodorization to improve the work condition.
●Spray tower inside has the spray head, average atomization, the spray water has deodorant sprite, so that the residual waste gas can be fully touched and the discharge standard reaches the standard.
●The machine is assembled in such a way that the raw materials and finished products which not fall to the ground and not cause secondary pollution.
